4. Disable proxy
  1. Click on Tools on the menu bar
  2. select Internet options
  3. go to Connections tab
  4. select LAN settings at the bottom of the dialog
  5. under the Proxy sever, untick 'use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections).'
  6. Click OK 
5. Disable  officialsurvey.org pop up by using browser popup blocker

For Mozilla Firefox users
1) Open Mozilla Firefox
2) Click Tools
3) Click Options
4) Click the Web features button on the left hand side of the Options window.
