He won't do system restore to uninstall TV Wizard.
"A program called TV Wizard managed to install on my Windows 7 laptop. 64bit.
I have uninstalled it from Control Panel, and from Google Chrome Extensions, but it's still there! Every time I click anything on the screen , even just a drop down box, I get forced into a new tab with an advert and my AdBlocker software isn't helping at all. Every page I visit is plagued with ad boxes that never used to be there, I've scanned my PC with AVG and Spybot Search & Destroy and none of them can find anything.
I'm going insane. I can't restore this PC as there's too much on it and I don't trust System Restore because of a past experience of data loss. Any ideas???"
